Wedding Space Reservation Form

This form will be emailed to Newport UMC. After you click on the 'Submit Reservation" button, you will also see your details in a temporary response web page that only you will see.

By filling out this form, you are NOT obligating yourself in any way. You are simply asking for a reservation to use space for your wedding at Newport UMC on your date. If you make other plans, be sure to let us know. Your form should be followed up with a $100 reservation down payment to hold the space reservation. Any reservation not accompanied by a deposit is not considered to be secured and it may be replaced by another reservation for someone else's wedding. Therefore, a deposit should be sent as soon as possible to secure the reservation.

If you do not know all of the information, fill in what you can and return later and fill in the complete form before the wedding rehearsal.

(All candles to be used during the ceremony are the responsibility of the bridal couple; the church does have two candelabra holding six candles each that you are welcome to use on the altar.)

If so, who will be in charge of the sound system? Pastor Gary Ritner can do this for you at no chrage, but if you have someone else performing your service, you should make plans to have someone learn how to use the system and to run it during the wedding:
Notes: Please be sure to have the men try on their tuxedos when they pick them up, so any fitting problems that may arise can be taken care of at the store. You may want to bring a light snack and juice, soft drinks or water in a cooler if you will be here for several hours before the ceremony.
