Read it carefully, fill it out when you are ready, keep a copy of the printout for yourself, and then expect an email from me verifying my receipt of your agreement and my agreement to the details as well.

Wedding Photography Services Agreement Form

This agreement form will be emailed to Gary Ritner when you click on the 'Submit this Wedding Photography Services Agreement Form" button. You will also see your details in a response web page that only you will see. Print out that web page for your records.

  • Gary will acknowledge your sending of this agreement form in an email

  • If you do not receive an email from Gary acknowledging your submitting of this agreement, please be sure to ask him about that since the form may have been lost in cyberspace (almost never happens).

    If there are any changes that Gary has made,
  • Gary will send you a message with the changes.

  • You should acknowledge and agree with any changes by replying to that email.

  • Gary will again email you to verify that you and he have agreed upon any changes.

    • This process will assure both you and Gary that the agreement details are all understood by everyone.

    By filling out this form, you are obligating yourself to these details. By acknowledging your form submission in a confirming email to you, Gary Ritner is obligating himself to these details and dates, times and locations.

  • Unlimited Portraits on the Web in full resolution and on a CD.

  • Digital Motion Show of portraits (some candids may be included as well) set to music with transitions, (maybe some zooms, pans and special effects as well).
  • Web Site with all-inclusive index to view all photos at once.
  • Web Site with 9-per-page layout and wedding graphic.
  • A collage of bride and groom portraits in PDF format
  • Three DVD-R copies of My Wedding Digital Video (Two-Camera Edited Version with transitions and titles)- works on most DVD players as well as PC's equipped to play DVD's.

    AMOUNT DUE UPON DELIVERY ($358.50) when the Photo CD and/or Video are picked up by you at my office (or mailed to you if you have paid in advance of the mailing) (web site will be online by then) - add fees for extra hours and the 6.5% Sales Tax is added here. If you do not know for sure if there will be added hours, they will be added at the time of the final payment.

    If you have photos only, this balance will be $285.75 (including sales tax).

    I agree that I will NOT receive any printed photos from Gary Ritner (unless I order them at an additional cost of $5 per page).

    I agree to the following: The hours for the photographer begin when the wedding begins and they end when the last photo is taken at the reception. Any travel time after the wedding or waiting time for the reception will be included in these hours. Hours over five hours will be paid at an additional $50 per hour.

    I understand that Gary Ritner will arrive for photographing and organizing people at my wedding location at a time that is approximately 30 minutes before the wedding photos are scheduled to begin, unless we have arranged with Gary Ritner in writing - by email - to be there at another time.

    I agree to have people present and ready for photos at the time agreed upon for photos to begin.

    I agree to forfeit the deposit if I do not use Gary Ritner's Photography/Videography services due to any changes that I make in the schedule, due to cancellation of the wedding, or if I decide to have another photographer/videographer.

    I agree that I will NOT have to pay the balance due if the wedding is cancelled or if Gary Ritner's Photography/Videography services are not used for the wedding.

    I agree that Gary Ritner will be paid the agreed upon fees for producing the agreed upon products and that Gary Ritner will be paid additional fees to meet any of my requests for changes after the products have been delivered to me. I will negotiate the cost of any requested changes with Gary Ritner. I understand that the cost of changes to video begin at $150 because of the long time that it takes to reproduce 3 new copies. I understand and agree that if I order any changes to be made in my video, that I must request these changes within thirty days after receiving the DVD's (since the files will no longer be on Gary's computer after 30 days).

    I agree that I will not pursue legal action to resolve any problems. Since 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and is a subjective concept, I will not request a refund of money if I 'don't like the pictures' or 'I don't like the photographer.' I will not request a refund of money for any errors of omission or commission during the photo shoot or video taping or processing. I agree that I will not hold Gary Ritner or SaintSavers liable for injury to people or damages to property in and around the photo session.
